Job summary

Dassault Systèmes in Singapore seeks an APAC Senior Total Rewards Specialist to lead compensation and benefits across 12 countries. Reporting to the Global Total Rewards Senior Director, this senior advisory role shapes APAC total rewards strategy and governance.

You will partner with global and local HR teams to manage the annual compensation process, salary ranges, benefits programs, and related projects, ensuring budget alignment and data-driven insights for the region.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of Compensation & Benefits experience or equivalent experience.
• Major in Finance or Human Resources is preferred.
• Hands on experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation processes, incentive plans, benefits and reward programs within a global matrixed organization.
• Ability to analyze trends, and provide insights from internal and external data.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment, influence and motivate diverse teams to achieve a unified goal.
• Highly motivated and competitive self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong sense of confidentiality.
• Managing complex budgets across multiple countries, keeping in mind our corporate polices, processes and best practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure market competitiveness and recommend cost-effective methods to enhance talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement through the development of effective total rewards, provides market intelligence and competitive market benchmarking.
• Manage delivery of compensation and benefits programs such as the annual compensation process, salary range development, benefits program management/renewal, mergers and acquisitions, and program development in alignment with global objectives.
• Ensures that accurate estimates, forecasts and calculations of expenditures in compensation align with budget planning and tracking.
• Interfaces with business leaders, other HR leaders on critical total rewards initiatives, including comp budget planning, executive compensation review, benefits program, etc.
• Partners closely with global and local HR teams along with executive leaders to drive a consistent and aligned total rewards strategy and framework. Provides key stakeholders with a market leading total reward experience and level of service.
• Manage Total Rewards programs and such as the annual compensation process, salary range development and program development in alignment with global objectives.
• Lead or contribute to the Total Rewards project (Global/Regional/Country)
