Job summary

Talent Trader Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Compensation and Benefits leader to design and implement competitive pay structures and benefits programs. You will analyze market data, develop salary bands, manage incentive schemes, and guide stakeholders on compensation-related matters.

The role requires 8+ years in compensation and benefits, strong communication and presentation skills, and a degree in HR/BA or related field. The position is based in Singapore with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute compensation and benefits strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.
• Continuously review market trends, industry benchmarks, and leading practices to maintain competitive compensation offerings.
• Create and manage compensation frameworks, including salary structures, incentive schemes, and bonus programs.
• Lead the annual salary review cycle by conducting market studies and proposing salary adjustments.
• Supervise the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health coverage and wellness initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
• Partner with HR teams and business leaders to provide expert advice on compensation- and benefits-related issues.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and communications to help employees understand compensation and benefits programs.
• Address employee questions and escalations related to compensation and benefits with timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate compensation and benefits records and documentation.
