Job summary

Aon plc in Singapore is seeking a Regional Executive Compensation Leader APAC within Talent Solutions to build and lead the Executive Compensation Advisory Practice across Asia Pacific. Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years in executive compensation consulting and board/RemCo advisory.
• Proven track record advising boards and C-suite on executive pay and governance in APAC.
• Strong benchmarking, STI/LTI design and pay-for-performance analytics.
• Commercial discipline around sales, pricing and margins with book growth evidence.
• Strong boardroom presence, communication and influencing skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional qualifications preferred.
• Willingness to travel across APAC as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy to build APAC Executive Compensation Advisory Practice.
• Position Aon as a trusted board and RemCo advisor on pay, incentives and governance.
• Build brand presence through thought leadership, briefings and roundtables.
• Originate, lead and deliver executive compensation engagements for listed and financial institutions across APAC.
• Combine proprietary data with global IP to create differentiated client solutions.
• Operate as a player-coach, hands-on leader while developing the bench.
