Job summary

Aon plc in Singapore seeks a Regional Executive Compensation Leader APAC, Talent Solutions to establish and scale a high‑value board advisory business across Asia Pacific. You will advise Boards and RemCo on executive pay, incentives and governance, and lead a data‑driven advisory practice across APAC.

With 12+ years in executive compensation consulting, you will shape strategy, originate engagements, and build Aon’s brand through thought leadership and executive roundtables while traveling

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years’ experience in executive compensation consulting and Board/RemCo advisory (or equivalent senior governance/rewards role).
• Proven track record advising Boards and C‑suite on executive pay, incentives and governance in APAC.
• Strong expertise in benchmarking, STI/LTI design, pay-for-performance analytics, disclosure and investor/proxy expectations.
• Commercial discipline around sales, pricing and margins, with evidence of growing a book of business.
• Strong Board-room presence, communication and influencing skills; high integrity and sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy to build Aon’s Executive Compensation Advisory Practice across APAC.
• Position Aon as a trusted Board and Remuneration Committee advisor on executive pay, incentives and governance.
• Build Aon’s brand presence through thought leadership, market commentary, Board briefings and executive roundtables.
• Originate, lead and deliver executive compensation engagements for listed companies, financial institutions, high-growth firms and family-controlled businesses across APAC.
• Combine Aon’s proprietary data with global executive compensation IP and methodologies to create differentiated client solutions.
• Operate as a “player-coach”: personally leading top-tier Board advisory work while developing a consulting bench and capability behind the practice.
