Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior regional benefits leadership in APAC
• Proven leadership of a country-level benefits team
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with senior stakeholders
• Experience managing third-party benefit providers and vendor relationships across APAC

Responsibilities

• Drive the regional benefits strategy across APAC aligning with business goals.
• Serve as strategic partner balancing employee advocacy with company objectives.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing country-level benefits team.
• Cultivate a culture of high performance, learning, and career growth.
• Build partnerships across internal groups (Communications, Legal, Finance, executives).
• Develop external partnerships to anticipate market trends and improve programs.
• Oversee multi-country health, savings, and leave programs delivery.
