Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Business Partner for APAC, based in Singapore with a hybrid model (3 days in-office). You will translate global Total Rewards strategy into local programs across APAC, partnering with HRBPs, Recruiting, Finance, Payroll and Legal to design and manage compensation and benefits.

You will lead regional benchmarking, offer design, and governance while maintaining strong employee experience, data integrity, and scalable processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Total Rewards experience across APAC.
• Experience designing base pay structures, incentives, equity.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across functions.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and scaling processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted APAC Total Rewards advisor across the region.
• Support base pay, incentives, equity programs and policies.
• Partner with regional leadership, HRBPs, Recruiting and Finance.
• Lead benchmarking and market analysis for APAC.
• Assist offer design and approvals, balancing equity and market.
• Help govern regional Total Rewards programs with controls.
• Develop clear Total Rewards communications for employees.
• Identify opportunities to automate and scale processes.
