Job summary

Innergy Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager for Projection Solutions to drive business development and growth across APAC markets.

You will lead commercial and chartering activities from opportunity identification through tendering, pricing, and contract negotiations, while building strong client relationships and supporting revenue, gross profit and asset utilisation targets. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in commercial, business development, chartering or sales roles within offshore marine, oil & gas, EPC, marine logistics or related maritime/infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of offshore marine transportation, logistics, chartering and project-based tendering.
• Proven experience in business development and tender preparation and management, including pricing, cost modelling, commercial evaluation and contract negotiation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and manage key accounts across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development across APAC markets and key accounts to achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
• Manage end-to-end commercial and chartering processes including RFQs, tenders, pricing and contract negotiations.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM records, and management reports on pipeline, revenue, and asset utilisation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners and industry stakeholders.
• Identify new customer requirements and market opportunities and develop competitively priced solutions.
• Support regional growth initiatives including market entry and cross-border opportunities across APAC.
• Monitor market developments to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
