Job summary

Motive Offshore Group is seeking a qualified Project Manager APAC to lead engineering and rental projects across the APAC region. You will drive project scope, budgets, schedules and client satisfaction, coordinating with sales, operations, and regional partners.

You will oversee teams across onshore and offshore locations, ensure HSEQ compliance, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget, while providing leadership for continuous improvement and regional growth.

Qualifications

Significant experience delivering offshore engineering, marine construction, renewables or energy projects.
Understanding of asset utilisation, mobilisation planning and offshore logistics.
Thorough knowledge of formal project management methods, processes, techniques, and tools.
Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
A degree in an engineering discipline; experience leading projects and teams.

Responsibilities

Manage planning, scheduling, financial and administrative requirements of engineering and rental projects in APAC.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to client requirements.
Lead and motivate project teams; coordinate with Sales, Operations and client stakeholders.
Coordinate with onshore and offshore personnel to deliver growth for the APAC region.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage risks and change control.
