Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in freight forwarding and contract logistics, with Project Logistics expertise.
• Proven track record in business development and sales driving revenue growth.
• Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at executive levels, including C-level.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales processes from planning to closure.
• Clear articulation of product/service differentiators to customers.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (C2K, EDI, IATA).
• Strong analytical and project management skills in logistics operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and deliver value.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global project logistics market activity and identify tender opportunities to drive growth.
• Generate profitable direct sales from new and existing accounts within APAC to exceed revenue targets.
• Own and manage the APAC pipeline, advancing negotiations to closure.
• Tailor solutions to customer supply chain requirements across CEVA Project Logistics subsectors.
• Retain and grow the portfolio through senior-level relationship management and service delivery.
• Develop and present compelling value propositions and pricing to customers.
• Lead multi-year strategic Account Plans with defined growth targets by product.
• Collaborate within a matrix organization and virtual teams across leaders.
• Build strategic relationships with key contacts to deepen account engagement.
• Lead business reviews, coordinate with operations to implement improvements.
• Communicate customer expectations to operations for execution.
