INNOVARE MANAGEMENT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior commercial leader to develop and execute a comprehensive APAC sales strategy, expanding brand presence, and securing key strategic accounts.

You will lead and mentor the APAC sales team, set revenue targets, and drive market growth through strong relationship building. The role requires extensive B2B sales experience, leadership in managing high-performing teams, and proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management across the APAC

Qualifications

• Extensive B2B sales experience with at least 5 years in a senior commercial leadership role.
• Proven success in developing new markets and achieving revenue and market growth targets.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Leadership experience building and managing high-performing sales teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive APAC commercial and sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Expand brand presence and visibility across APAC markets.
• Identify, target, and secure key clients and strategic accounts.
• Mentor APAC commercial and sales teams to align with company objectives.
• Set KPIs and revenue targets and oversee the sales pipeline.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and regional market intelligence reports.
• Represent the company at industry events and stakeholder meetings.
• Lead CRM and pipeline management processes.
