Job summary

Motive Offshore Group in Singapore is seeking an APAC Commercial Executive to develop, coordinate and submit technical and commercial proposals across the APAC region. You will support the sales process with tenders, quotations and documentation, coordinating inputs from leaders, managers and technical teams to deliver competitive proposals.

The role maintains Salesforce data, supports reporting and delivers project coordination after contract award, with occasional travel across APAC.

Qualifications

• Technical, engineering or commercial experience within offshore, subsea, energy, marine or related industries.
• Experience preparing tenders, bids, quotations or technical proposals.
• Experience supporting sales pipelines, opportunity management and commercial reporting activities.
• Experience coordinating customer tenders from initial enquiry through to contract award.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate technical and commercial proposals across the APAC region.
• Maintain opportunity and customer information within Salesforce and other systems.
• Support commercial reporting, pipeline reviews and bid tracking.
• Provide project coordination after contract award to ensure smooth handover to delivery.
• Travel occasionally within the APAC region to meet clients and support sales.
