• Experience in commercial effectiveness, sales operations or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Drive SFDC governance, pipeline discipline, forecasting and data quality across APAC.
• Develop executive dashboards and BI tools to support data-driven decisions.
• Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, territory effectiveness and trends.
• Support regional pricing, pricing governance, quotations, and pricing tools.
• Lead commercial excellence and continuous improvement with global teams.
• Lead PSPs to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Identify capability gaps and promote training across APAC.
• Contribute to other projects for professional development.
