Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Commercial Operations & Excellence Leader – Asia Pacific to guide regional performance, sales enablement, and analytics across markets. You will partner with commercial leaders to accelerate growth, optimize territories, and drive governance across a matrixed APAC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Progressive experience in Commercial Operations or Sales Operations with regional scope.
• Leads cross-country initiatives and matrix leadership experience.
• Strong sales analytics, CRM proficiency, and go-to-market strategy knowledge.
• Proven ability to drive commercial transformation and performance gains.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales effectiveness, productivity, and customer engagement across APAC.
• Lead regional Commercial Operations with governance and performance measures.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Market Development to set priorities.
• Support strategic planning, forecasting, and growth initiatives across the region.
