You will partner with sales leadership to enhance execution, improve customer experience, and lead cross-functional programs that span multiple markets. Strong CRM, Power BI and stakeholder management are essential.

• Proven experience in Commercial Excellence and Sales Operations.
• Strong understanding of Contract Logistics.
• Demonstrated success leading regional, cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead multicultural teams across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Drive Commercial Performance (Commercial Performance Report, Return on Sales, actionable insights from data).
• Manage cadence of Performance Reporting.
• Deliver Strategic Initiatives (track performance, accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement).
• Influence senior stakeholders through insight, data and commercial acumen.
