Job summary

Wise Payments is seeking an Analytics Director for the APAC Squad to lead a high-impact analytics team that informs the product roadmap for the region. You will report to the Global Senior Analytics Director for Regional Expansion and collaborate daily with product, banking and engineering leads to drive data-led decisions.

You will guide a team of about 10 analysts, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure robust measurement of interventions across diverse APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Seasoned analytics leader with experience in scaling teams.
• Ability to tell data stories to drive org-wide change.
• Experience partnering with product, banking and engineering.
• Hands-on data manipulation using SQL and Python (or R).
• Co-own large cross-functional analytical projects.
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques for insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead a ~10-person analytics team.
