Job summary

Wise is seeking an experienced analytics lead to derive actionable insights across APAC growth initiatives in Singapore. You will partner with PMs to drive KPI setting, monitor feature impact, and own analytics for multiple markets to size growth opportunities.

You'll influence product roadmaps with data, uncover unmet customer needs through strategic discovery, and mentor junior analysts while pushing insights into execution. This role demands strong technical skills and a hustle mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data-driven, complex environments with limited guidance.
• Strong analytical mindset and product intuition for growth decisions.
• Experience solving cross-market or global growth problems across product and marketing.
• Technical proficiency in Python, advanced SQL, and BI tooling.
• Experience collaborating with PMs, engineers, designers, and fellow analysts.
• Understanding of event analytics tools like Mixpanel, GA, or Amplitude.
• Excellent data visualization and presentation skills for stakeholders.
• Hustler mentality to push work beyond analysis into execution.
• Knowledge of utilities such as Airflow, GitHub, and DBT.

Responsibilities

• Derive actionable insights from data to inform product and funnel decisions.
• Partner with PMs to set APAC growth KPIs and monitor feature impact.
• Own analytics for two to three APAC markets and size growth opportunities.
• Influence product roadmap with data to accelerate regional market growth.
• Uncover customer unmet needs through strategic product discovery research.
• Challenge high-value growth areas when faster or more effective paths exist.
• Coach and mentor junior analysts while contributing to collaborative team culture.
