Job summary

Wise in Singapore is seeking a Senior Product Leader to shape strategy and lead development teams driving growth for Wise Consumer and Wise Business across APAC. You will translate customer needs into localised products and set ambitious roadmaps that scale across multiple markets.

You will manage a team of 4+ Product Managers, work hands-on as a player-coach, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and ops to achieve measurable, attributable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead large-scale consumer and B2B products.
• Experience growing an early-stage product into a mature business in multiple markets.
• Hands-on leader who can switch between individual contributor and team leader.
• Strong analytical and technical background with fintech domain understanding.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product strategy and roadmaps for Wise APAC markets.
• Lead and coach a team of 4+ Product Managers across Wise Consumer and Wise Business.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to drive growth and measurable outcomes.
• Drive localised product delivery and user experience improvements across markets.
