Job summary

Wise is seeking a Product Analyst in APAC to deeply understand customer needs and help the team solve the most critical problems for scalable growth. You will focus on making money move seamlessly, quickly, and cost-effectively for Wise customers.

You’ll derive actionable insights from data, partner with PMs to set growth KPIs, and own analytics for 2-3 APAC markets. You’ll mentor junior analysts and contribute to a collaborative analytics community.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data-driven, complex environment with limited guidance.
• Strong analytical mind and product intuition.
• Experience solving cross-market growth problems across product/marketing/analytics.
• Technical skills in Python, SQL, and BI tools.
• Experience working with PMs, engineers, designers, analysts.
• Understanding of events data (Mixpanel/GA/Amplitude).
• Excellent data visualization and presentation skills.
• Hustler mentality and ability to drive actions beyond analysis.
• Knowledge of Airflow/GitHub/DBT.

Responsibilities

• Derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions and optimize funnels.
• Partner with PMs and analysts to set growth KPIs and monitor impact of new features.
• Own analytics for 2-3 APAC markets, size growth opportunities, measure performance.
• Uncover unmet needs for strategic product discovery and new opportunities.
• Build conviction on high-value areas and push for faster growth.
• Collaborate in a team environment and mentor junior analysts.
