Job summary

Wise in Singapore is seeking an experienced product leader to shape strategy and lead development teams for Wise Consumer and Wise Business across APAC. You’ll own multi-market roadmaps, set ambitious growth targets and partner with regional stakeholders to move fast at scale.

You’ll mentor a team of 4+ Product Managers, operate as a hands-on contributor and a player-coach, and drive product-led growth with a strong focus on customer value, reliability and global payments excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product roles.
• Led high-performing teams of 5+ PMs.
• Hands-on and player-coach, able to contribute and lead.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy and lead development for Wise Consumer and Wise Business in APAC.
• Define long-term roadmaps and growth strategies across markets.
• Lead a team of 4+ Product Managers covering APAC growth and product lines.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to drive growth.
