Job summary

Wise Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a data-driven Product Analyst to deeply understand APAC customer needs and help the team focus on solving critical problems, enabling Wise to scale 10x as we expand core money transfer functionality.

You’ll derive actionable insights from data, partner with Product Managers and Analysts to set growth KPIs, own analytics for 2–3 APAC markets, and influence the product roadmap to accelerate regional growth.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years in a data-driven, complex environment with limited guidance.
• Strong analytical mind and product intuition.
• Experience solving cross-market, cross-regional and/or global growth problems across product, marketing and/or
• Technical skill-set in Python, advanced SQL, BI tools
• Experience working with technical teams (PMs, engineers, designers, analysts)
• Understanding of events data - Mixpanel / Google Analytics / Amplitude or similar
• Excellent data visualisation and presentation skills
• Hustler-mentality. You can take work beyond the analysis and get things done.
• Knowledge of utilities like Airflow/Github/DBT

Responsibilities

• Derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions, including funnel analysis to optimize conversions across onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
• Partner with Product Managers and Analysts to set growth KPIs for APAC and monitor impact of new features on conversion, stickiness and engagement.
• Own analytics for 2–3 APAC markets, using data to identify growth opportunities, measure performance, and influence product roadmap.
• Help understand customer needs to support strategic product discovery for new opportunities.
• Build conviction on high-value areas and challenge approaches to grow the market efficiently.
• Collaborate in a open team environment by sharing ideas and mentoring junior analysts.
