Job summary

Mixpanel in Singapore is seeking an Outbound Strategist to run the AI-driven prospecting system across APAC, building target lists, running campaigns, and supervising AI agents that draft first-touch outreach, ensuring only genuinely qualified opportunities reach Account Executives. Qualifications

• Experience in B2B software pipeline generation, outbound, growth, or sales operations.
• Ability to write outbound that lands and engage technical buyers in analytics and data space.
• Familiarity with AI-driven prospecting, prompts, and workflows.
• Experience integrating tools with APIs, webhooks, or simple scripting is a plus.
• Track record of sourced or influenced pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound and prospecting campaigns that produce qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team, owning the flow from signal to accepted handoff.
• Build target lists and enrichment inputs against a defined ideal customer profile, and keep data clean so leads move end to end with minimal manual handling.
• Deploy and supervise AI agents for prospect research, list building, personalization, and first-touch drafting, keeping a human check on quality before anything ships.
• Qualify opportunities against the agreed bar with Account Executive input, so accepted opportunities convert and Account Executive time is protected from low-fit leads.
• Prioritize high-intent accounts using Mixpanel's own product-usage and self-serve signals.
• Analyze metrics to see what is working, and adjust targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
• Document what works and feed it into shared playbooks and templates.
