Job summary

Anaplan, a leading AI-infused scenario planning platform, is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Operations for APAC. Based in Singapore, you will shape profitable growth and lead regional execution of GTM initiatives with cross-functional teams.

You will partner with APAC leadership to manage strategic priorities, drive forecasting, quota setting, and territory planning, while delivering meaningful business insights through robust analytics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant sales operations experience in a fast-growing sales organization.
• Experience with enterprise technology, SaaS preferred.
• Proven skills in sales cadence, forecasting, funnel maintenance and reporting.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proven skills in go-to-market modeling, territory planning and goal setting.
• Strong analytical skills for business metrics, productivity and outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in a fast-paced matrix org.
• Experience with MEDDPICC is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize high-impact work under aggressive timelines.
• Must have GRIT – guts, reliability, improvement, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Partner with APAC Leadership to program manage and measure execution of APAC strategic priorities (e.g., new market entries).
• Drive regional execution of global GTM initiatives and improve sales productivity.
• Provide analytical thought leadership and meaningful business insights with KPIs.
• Facilitate Rhythm of Business processes: forecasting, pipeline reviews, territory planning, deal reviews.
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to improve processes and systems for growth.
• Support annual sales planning, budgeting, quota setting, org design and territory assignments.
• Provide guidance to the country operations team and drive APAC operation excellence.
