Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking an Outbound Strategist to run its AI-driven prospecting system across APAC, building target lists, campaigns, and supervising AI agents that research prospects and draft first-touch outreach. You’ll apply a critical eye to ensure only qualified opportunities reach the Account Executive, continually refining targeting logic and quality bars.

You will work within a defined ICP, leveraging Mixpanel signals to prioritize high-intent accounts and measure outcomes over activity.

Qualifications

• Proactive pipeline development and outbound strategy.
• Ability to qualify opportunities and hand off to AE effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical buyers.
• Experience designing prompts/workflows for AI-driven outreach.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound campaigns to generate qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team, owning the flow from signal to accepted handoff.
• Build target lists and enrichment inputs against a defined ICP, ensuring data cleanliness for end-to-end movement of leads.
• Deploy and supervise AI agents for prospect research, list building, personalization, and first-touch drafting with human quality checks.
• Qualify opportunities with AE input to ensure high-fit leads reach the AE.
• Prioritize high-intent accounts using product usage signals and self-serve data.
• Analyze metrics to refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
• Document what works and feed it into shared playbooks and templates.
