Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking an Outbound Strategist to run its AI-driven prospecting system across APAC, delivering qualified pipeline for Account Executives. You’ll build target lists, run campaigns, and supervise AI agents that research prospects and draft first-touch outreach, with a strong focus on quality before any handoff.

You will refine targeting logic, document what works, and optimize for qualified pipeline and system leverage over activity, aligning with the team’s goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B software pipeline generation or outbound/sales operations.
• Ability to qualify opportunities and maintain data quality.
• Comfort combining product analytics with outbound messaging.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound campaigns and build target lists to generate qualified opportunities.
• Oversee AI agents for prospect research, list building, and first-touch drafting.
• Ensure only high-fit leads reach Account Executives by applying a defined qualification bar.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to refine ICP and messaging strategies.
• Analyze campaign metrics and adjust targeting, messaging, and channels.
• Document playbooks and share learnings with the wider team.
• Maintain data cleanliness in CRM and enrich inputs for handoffs.
