Job summary

Mixpanel, a leading product analytics platform, seeks an Outbound Strategist for APAC to run its AI-driven prospecting system and deliver qualified pipeline for Account Executives. You will build target lists, run campaigns, supervise AI agents for research and drafting, and ensure only high-quality opportunities reach the AE team.

You will refine targeting and messaging based on performance data and work to improve system leverage across the region.

Qualifications

Hunter mindset and persistence for proactive pipeline generation.
Strong consultative discovery to understand problems and qualify fit.
Ability to write outbound that lands with credible technical buyers.
Familiarity with AI prompts/workflows to ensure reliable outputs.
Experience with outbound automation/tools and basic scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Run outbound campaigns to generate qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team.
Build target lists and enrich data against ideal customer profiles; keep leads clean.
Deploy and supervise AI agents for prospect research, list building, and first-touch drafting.
Qualify opportunities with Account Executive input to ensure high-fit pipeline.
Prioritize high-intent accounts using product-usage signals and self-serve indicators.
Analyze metrics; adjust targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
Document best practices and contribute to shared playbooks.
