APAC AI Data Center Construction Lead

Job summary

Nscale is hiring a Senior Construction Manager APAC to lead end-to-end delivery of high-density AI-ready data centre infrastructure in the APAC region, including Singapore. You will oversee site enablement, safety, procurement, and coordination with contractors to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical knowledge and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering data centre construction and/or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Strong experience in construction execution, document control, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with project/document platforms (Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, SharePoint) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction delivery projects for AI data centre infrastructure in APAC.
• Lead site enablement works across APAC (temporary fencing, grading, drainage, sedimentation ponds).
• Coordinate with Appointed Contractors for temporary works, safety, procurement, logistics, and site management.
• Develop strategic APAC plans to optimize cost-effectiveness and operational excellence.
• Manage contractors and vendors across MEP, controls/BMS, fire, security, and fit-out works.
