Job summary

Nscale is seeking an SVP, DC (Design & Construction) - APAC to lead regional construction strategy, delivery platforms, and capital deployment across multi-country data centre projects. You will drive scalable frameworks, supplier partnerships, and risk governance to accelerate deployment at scale.

The role requires 15–20 years in large-scale infrastructure, a track record in APAC markets, and deep DC infrastructure expertise, with strong leadership and commercial negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in multi-country, multi-billion-dollar capital programmes
• Strong delivery platform scaling across large infrastructure projects
• Deep knowledge of data centre infrastructure and vendor ecosystems
• Proven ability to lead senior regional teams and align with executives

Responsibilities

• Define and implement APAC-wide construction delivery model with governance and standards
• Own delivery of concurrent hyperscale and edge data centre builds across APAC
• Oversee multi-country CapEx budgets and regional procurement strategies
• Build resilient contractor and supplier ecosystems across APAC
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure scalable, high-performance designs
• Lead hiring, capability development and succession planning for the region
• Interface with executive leadership, investors and boards on delivery priorities
• Establish risk, compliance and governance frameworks across projects
• Define commissioning standards and seamless handover to operations
