Nscale is seeking a Senior Director, Development – APAC to lead front-end development and design across APAC data centre projects. You will guide the team from early acquisition through to delivery handover, ensuring scalable, world-class designs and strong governance.

Reporting to the SVP Head of Development, you will shape region-wide strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage permitting and stakeholder engagement to deliver landmark AI infrastructure across APAC.

Formación

• 10+ years in development or project leadership roles.
• Experience with data centre or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
• Fluency in English; other APAC languages advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full lifecycle of front-end development and design for APAC data centre projects.
• Provide design leadership to streamline scalable, best-in-class designs.
• Shape development strategy in APAC aligned with growth and regulatory needs.
• Build and lead a regional APAC team across design, development and delivery.
• Oversee project development with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage permitting processes across APAC jurisdictions and mitigate risks.
• Develop relationships with partners, landowners, consultants and public bodies.
• Collaborate with design, delivery and cost teams to meet objectives.
• Ensure governance, reporting and documentation align with standards.
