Job summary

Nscale is seeking a seasoned Project Manager - Facility Control Systems APAC to lead integration of controls, GPU networking, and facility operations across our AI data centre portfolio. As a technical lead, you will coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, and external partners to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with standards.

You’ll drive engineering standards, readiness practices, telemetry approaches, and deployment methods for high-density AI facilities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or controls/automation.
• 10+ years in mission-critical infrastructure, electrical engineering, data centre ops.
• Experience in global or multi-site engineering, operations, commissioning.
• Strong understanding of high-density power systems, distribution, UPS, cooling.
• Experience with controls systems (BMS/EPMS/SCADA/PLC) and commissioning.
• Knowledge of GPU fabrics or high-bandwidth networks at data-centre interfaces.
• Excellent communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical interface for assigned projects, coordinating with global SMEs.
• Contribute to global strategies, reference architectures, and standards for controls and GPU networks.
• Support development of repeatable AI data centre deployment approaches.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities; elevate to accountable owners.
• Provide SME review for design, deployment, and lifecycle governance of control systems.
• Coordinate with controls, network, and cybersecurity SMEs to align with standards.
• Support NOC/FEC integration and facility readiness across APAC sites.
• Assist in harmonizing controls and facilities practices across global data centres.
