Job summary

CommScope Solutions Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a senior leader to direct the Asia Pacific Data Center Center of Excellence and Systems Engineering. You will supervise 12 engineers, oversee strategy, design, and deployment of AI clusters, and provide technical direction for pre- and post-sales support to sales teams and partners.

You will coordinate with regional leaders, engage CxO stakeholders, and drive product feedback to engineering, ensuring strong market adoption of CommScope solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer or related field.
• 10+ years in relevant roles with practical AI data center experience.
• Proven managerial experience, 5+ years leading teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.
• Knowledge of DC technologies, GPU systems, and data center media.
• Industry certifications (preferred) such as BICSI or similar.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, manage and develop the regional SE team.
• Set and approve budgets and travel, capex and opex.
• Coordinate with regional sales/marketing to align DC CoE with needs.
• Engage with CXO stakeholders to design passive infrastructure for AI clusters.
• Provide product feedback to engineering based on market trends.
• Lead roll-out of new products with technical presentations.
• Prepare presentations for end users and consultants to support sales.
• Support media activities and industry standards discussions.
