CommScope seeks a senior leader to drive strategy and oversee the Asia Pacific Datacenter Center of Excellence (CoE) and Systems Engineering team, supervising 12 engineers across APAC. You will guide planning, design, proposals and deployment of large AI clusters and AI factories, and provide technical direction for pre- and post-sales support to sales teams and partners.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer or related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in structured cabling system design and passive infrastructure.
• Proven managerial experience and ability to lead, develop and coach teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and relationship-building across cultures.
• Strong problem-solving and delivery of complex design for AI data centers.

Mansioni

• Lead recruitment, development, budgeting, and people management for the regional SE team.
• Align support with regional sales and marketing, plan activities, and travel when needed.
• Engage with CxO stakeholders to provide design guidance for passive infrastructure.
• Provide feedback to product engineering based on regional market needs.
• Support roll-out of new products with technical presentations and customer collateral.
• Create, enhance and deliver solutions presentations for end-user customers and consultants.
• Participate in industry standards activity and coordinate with partners and customers.
