Nscale is seeking a VP of AI Infrastructure Deployment for APAC, based in Singapore. This senior leader will own end-to-end delivery of our AI infrastructure roadmap, aligning strategy with execution and turning growth plans into live, scalable compute capacity.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across infrastructure, hardware, operations, supply chain, finance, and product, managing timelines and dependencies while navigating multi-market regulatory requirements in APAC.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in program or delivery management, incl. 5+ years leading senior program managers on large-scale infra programs.
• Proven end-to-end delivery ownership from plan to production.
• Working knowledge of data center lifecycle, rack integration, networking, and handoff to operations.
• Experience delivering in APAC data center markets with colocation, power, and regulatory considerations.
• Executive presence to align senior stakeholders and represent delivery to customers.

Responsabilités

• Drive platform delivery at scale for AI infrastructure in APAC.
• Translate capacity demand into clear requirements, roadmaps and execution plans.
• Develop Master Deployment Schedules across design, procurement, integration, commissioning and launch.
• Align internal teams and external partners on timelines, trade-offs, and regulatory needs.
• Own end-to-end path from delivery to production, enforcing standards and BOM validation.
• Identify risks early and elevate blockers to keep GPU delivery on track.
• Build and scale a high-performing program leadership team.
