Job summary

Collins Aerospace Singapore is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Asia Pacific portfolio, owning business performance and P&L. You will collaborate with the Commercial Management Team, Project Delivery, and Customer Success to ensure top-tier customer service and successful delivery across multiple programs.

You will coordinate with Sales, Technical Sales, Engineering, Finance and Legal to shape roadmaps, annual plans and regional growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated industry knowledge in aviation.
• Minimum 10 years working experience.
• Intermediate IT knowledge.
• PM certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/AGILE/Scrum are a plus.
• Excellent customer-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive high business growth with strong technical and commercial support to Sales.
• Manage the Program's Profit & Loss and day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Head to set Annual Revenue and Profit targets.
• Support Sales in pipeline development and bid opportunities.
• Develop and deliver the regional AOP and input into Global AOP/SFP targets.
• Build region-specific roadmaps and milestones to meet targets.
• Attend customer meetings as the representative for your area.
• Provide feedback to Product Value Stream Leaders on customer needs.
