Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Aftermarket Product Sales Manager in Singapore to identify and capture opportunities in the aerospace aftermarket across APAC. You will lead cross-functional efforts with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to translate market needs into executable growth plans.

The role requires a strong background in sales, business development, and pricing strategy within aerospace aftermarket or related services, with ability to manage a regional pipeline and forecast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Aviation or related discipline (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in sales, product management, business development, marketing, or related commercial role.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze customer needs, market trends, and financials.
• Experience in aerospace aftermarket, MRO, or related service businesses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize aftermarket repair, upgrade, and service opportunities across APAC.
• Develop customer engagement and capture strategies with Sales and product teams.
• Manage the regional opportunity pipeline and forecast accuracy.
• Lead commercial activities for new business launches and ensure requirements translate into growth plans.
• Support market assessments, business case development, and revenue projections.
• Develop pricing strategies and commercial proposals to drive profitability.
