Job summary

Circle is seeking a Program Manager to join the Commercial team in APAC. You will drive cross-functional programs, align with regional and global objectives, and enable scalable growth across the APAC region.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Customer Care to provide the processes and information needed for success. Travel internationally 4–5 times per year may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, or customer-facing implementations.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in program planning, execution, process improvement, and performance measurement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Fluency with generative AI models and AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs supporting Circle’s commercial strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
• Partner with APAC Commercial leadership to execute strategic priorities and align with regional and global objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency and scalability.
• Develop internal comms plans, facilitate leadership meetings, and coordinate key deliverables across Commercial teams.
• Manage multiple projects across international teams and time zones with clear priorities and timely execution.
• Establish program reporting, define success metrics, and analyze performance for continuous improvement.
