Job summary

RTX seeks an experienced Program Manager for the Asia Pacific region. You will oversee business and P&L for the assigned portfolio, collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Finance and Legal to ensure exceptional customer service and timely delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and ability to travel up to 50%. Onsite work is expected, with hybrid options depending on site policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in the aviation/tech sector.
• Experience in project management certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) or AGILE/Scrum a plus.
• Strong business acumen with ability to analyze financial statements and manage P&L.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth with technical and commercial support to Sales.
• Manage program P&L and day-to-day operations for APAC portfolio.
• Coordinate with regional leadership to set and hit revenue/profit targets.
• Support proposal development and pricing with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, Finance and Legal to fulfill targets.
• Lead industry engagements and manage key customer relationships.
