Job summary

Circle Internet Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Program Manager to join our Commercial team in APAC. You will drive go-to-market initiatives, improve operational effectiveness, and enable cross-functional collaboration across Business Development, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Customer Care.

You will manage multiple complex projects across time zones, establish reporting frameworks, and apply AI-powered solutions to streamline workflows, with international travel 4-5 times per year.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management, project management, business operations, or customer-facing implementations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced global environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs supporting Circle’s commercial strategy.
