Job summary

Chooose is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager based in Singapore or Japan to lead APAC customer relationships in the aviation, energy, and logistics sectors. You will guide customers from implementation through go-live and ongoing success, shaping product approaches for the APAC market.

You will own major accounts, manage SAF program design and regulatory context, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and commercial growth in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting, SaaS implementation, or enterprise customer success.
• Experience with enterprise software, carbon markets, or related sectors is a strong plus.
• Comfort navigating highly configurable SaaS platforms and discussing data workflows with technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; professional fluency in Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC portfolio of key enterprise customers in aviation, energy, and logistics.
• Manage end-to-end SAF program implementation and successful go-live.
• Develop regional regulatory knowledge and translate into product/process guidance.
• Identify expansion opportunities and provide structured product feedback to drive growth.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver objectives on time and with high quality.
