Safran Aircraft Engines, a long-standing partner within CFM International, seeks a Business Development Director to expand the APAC airline footprint and strengthen its market position. You will lead senior-level engagements, win strategic opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams across airframers, airlines, and partners.

The role demands ten years of senior sales or account management in aviation, deep engine and MRO understanding, and a proven ability to influence executives.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Senior aviation industry professional with at least ten years of sales, commercial, or customer-facing experience.
• Understanding aircraft engines and MRO activities would be a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead strategic sales plans for a dedicated APAC airline portfolio.
• Identify and qualify engine and services opportunities; coordinate responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Maintain senior-level relationships with airlines, airframers, lessors, and industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support campaign execution and governance with GE Aerospace.
• Promote value-based selling and drive continuous improvement of sales practices.
