Job summary

Safran Aircraft Engines is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive strategic sales and customer engagement across the APAC region from Singapore. The role involves leading senior-level relationships with airlines, airframers, and key stakeholders, and coordinating with GE Aerospace and internal teams to win and grow business.

The position requires a ten+ year track record in aviation sales or related customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of aircraft engines and MRO

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Senior aviation industry professional with at least ten years of sales, commercial, or customer-facing experience.
• Understanding aircraft engines and MRO activities would be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategy for a dedicated APAC airline portfolio in line with Safran Aircraft Engines and CFM International guidance.
• Identify and qualify engine and services opportunities; coordinate responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Support sales campaigns from early positioning to contract closure, with pricing and terms handled by authorised signatories.
