Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager APAC to lead growth across the APAC defence market, including border protection and C-UAS initiatives. Qualifications

• 5–10 years in high-end technical sales or business development within the Defence, Aerospace, or Electronic Warfare sectors in the APAC region.
• Must hold (or be eligible for) National Security Clearance (Secret or higher). Citizenship of an APAC country is preferred.
• Strong grasp of RF principles, SIGINT, or Spectrum Management for tactical briefing.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a multi-year growth strategy for APAC.
• Align CRFS technology with the tactical needs of regional Armed Forces, focusing on border protection and C-UAS operations.
• Deliver technical briefings on signal processing and EW to regional leads, program managers, and military commanders.
• Lead responses to complex regional public tenders navigating procurement laws and offsets.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with defence integrators and distributors to extend reach across APAC.
• Coordinate with UK-based engineering teams to align product roadmap with APAC challenges.
