Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage end to end payroll processing for Singapore and other assigned Asia countries.
  • Ensure all instructions comply with company policies and statutory requirements, including fixed and ad-hoc allowance, overtimes payments and reimbursement etc.
  • Ensuring the payroll cycle (main, off-cycle & ad-hoc) are processed, reconciled, audited and transmitted accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate closely with external payroll vendors to ensure smooth, accurate and timely payroll operations.
  • Ensure timely statutory contribution, filing and submission in accordance with local regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll and employment tax queries.
  • Act as Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME) and support regional payroll initiatives and implementation project.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience managing payroll in Singapore
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with payroll vendors
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, employment tax and statutory regulations
  • Proven hands‑on experience in payroll operations, including vendor management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
  • Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
