Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Property Leasing Support to oversee lease administration, tenancy management, and coordination of operations to ensure smooth leasing activities and a positive tenant experience.

The role involves site viewings, inspections, and building strong relationships with tenants and contractors while supporting multiple initiatives in a dynamic airport environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, finance, accounting, estate/building management or related discipline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Numerical proficiency to support rental, occupancy and performance analysis.
• Willingness to operate in an airport environment with regular interactions with tenants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site viewings for prospective tenants and support tenancy administration.
• Coordinate takeover and reinstatement inspections and follow up on maintenance-related matters.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to address operational and tenancy-related issues.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections across airport terminals and premises to support leasing operations, tenant management, and project implementation.
• Participate in ground engagements and operational activities to ensure compliance with leasing requirements and operational standards.
• Support ad hoc projects and assignments as required.
