Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, Airside Planning & Leasing to lead leasing for airside concessions. You will report to an Associate General Manager and manage a portfolio of outlets within Transit Malls and airport sections.

You will develop leasing strategies, market spaces, build strong tenant relationships, and drive negotiations, analysis, and presentations to Management while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on asset

Qualifications

Degree from a reputable university in Accountancy/Business/Economics/Finance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with financial modelling techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Keen eye for detail, driven, resourceful, analytical and assertive.
Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.
Leadership experience and/or leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop leasing strategies and plans for airside concession categories.
Market concession spaces and build relationships with tenants and prospects.
Execute leasing exercises and manage lease negotiations.
Analyse and evaluate proposals and make presentations to Management.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on asset enhancement and automation.
