Job summary

Changi Airport Group is seeking a competent professional to join the Airside Concessions Planning & Leasing team. You will manage planning and leasing for airside concession categories, lead or contribute to asset enhancement and business analysis projects, and develop strong business, negotiation and analytical skills.

You will report to a Senior Manager and handle leasing strategies, space marketing, tenant relationships, lease negotiations and proposals evaluation, with opportunities to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business/Economics/Finance.
• Excel proficiency including financial modelling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Keen eye for detail, driven, resourceful, analytical and assertive.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.
• Leadership experience and/or leasing experience preferred.
• Passion for and interest in retail, F&B and services.

Responsibilities

• Developing leasing strategies and plans.
