Qualifications

• Candidates with relevant experience in real estate leasing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximise potential of properties through marketing, estate and asset enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to increase occupancy and maintain good tenant relationships.
• Manage revenue and costs including budgeting for the portfolio.
• Review policies, contracts and workflows to improve performance and tenant experience.
• Resolve feedback from the public, tenants and government agencies in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide administrative support to tenancy administration and reporting.
