Job summary

Michael Page International Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive leasing professional to lead new leasing and renewal activities, while maintaining strong relationships with tenants, agents and prospective clients.

You will manage tenancy matters, conduct site viewings, and negotiate lease terms with support from external legal counsel, while delivering regular leasing performance reports to support budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead new leasing and lease renewal activities while maintaining strong relationships with tenants, agents, and prospective clients.
• Manage tenancy matters and coordinate internally to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Handle leasing enquiries, conduct site viewings, and deliver presentations to potential tenants.
• Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, working closely with external legal counsel on terms and documentation.
• Maintain accurate tenancy schedules, rental reports, and lease databases.
• Prepare and review lease documentation and liaise with legal teams on tenancy clauses and activation.
• Provide regular reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on leasing performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor arrears, develop recovery plans for delinquent cases, and coordinate with legal counsel or collection agents.
• Develop marketing materials and support leasing promotional initiatives.
• Build strategic industry relationships to enhance occupancy and stay updated on market trends.
• Contribute to portfolio-wide leasing strategies to maximize rental income and optimize occupancy.
