Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Associate/Assistant Manager for Airside Concessions (Planning & Leasing) to lead leasing strategies, market spaces for airside outlets, and cultivate strong relationships with tenants and prospects.

You will analyse proposals, manage lease negotiations and present recommendations to Management; reporting to a Senior Manager. A good degree and Excel modelling skills are essential, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree from a reputable university in accounting, business, economics or finance.
• Strong Excel proficiency including financial modelling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Keen eye for detail, driven, resourceful, analytical and assertive.

Responsibilities

• Develop leasing strategies and plans for airside concessions.
• Market concession spaces and attract tenants.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with tenants and prospects.
• Execute leasing exercises and manage lease negotiations.
• Analyse and evaluate proposals for submissions.
• Prepare and present to Management for approvals.
