Job summary

SLA Singapore Land Authority is seeking an Assistant/Manager for Residential Leasing on a full-time, on-site basis in Singapore. The role focuses on maximizing property performance through marketing and asset enhancement while coordinating with partners to boost occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in real estate leasing preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good writing and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maximise potential of properties through marketing, estate and asset enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners including marketing and managing agents, valuers and facilities managers to increase occupancy and establish strong relationships with tenants.
• Manage revenue and cost to ensure optimal returns from properties including the setting up and monitoring of budget for the assigned portfolio.
• Review existing policies, contracts, practices and workflows to complement efforts to achieve performance targets and enhance tenants’ experience.
• Resolve feedback and property enquiries from public, tenants, ministries and other government agencies in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide administrative support to the Residential Leasing Department on tenancy administration, data compilation for internal reporting, processing invoices, tracking work orders and other admin duties.
