Job summary

Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive IT leader to spearhead IT initiatives and ensure operations excellence for the airport. You will plan roadmaps, assess requirements, manage projects, and lead 24/7 IT operations and vendor relationships with outsourced partners. Collaborate with stakeholders across the airport community to deliver secure, scalable solutions and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT/Tech roles.
• Competent in cloud services, networking, and servers.
• ITSM and IT Project Management certifications preferred (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Prince2).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategise and develop system roadmap and implementation plans.
• Develop business cases with ROI and customer service benefits.
• Lead vendors and internal teams to propose technical solutions and KPIs.
• Manage 24/7 operations, maintenance, compliance and renewal of IT systems.
• Improve IT processes as part of continuous improvement.
